The Terrace Wanaka
Being a development that the developers wanted to live in, meant we had to attract the right neighbours! We were targeting an older demographic who wanted sophistication and style. At retirement age, but with a young mindset who were wanting to retain control of their biggest asset. The pre-designed houses all sit within an easily maintained property, surrounded by like-minded people. There was a bit to get across and we did it through web design, photography of the show home and a lifestyle video. We then orchestrated a strong digital marketing campaign to target the messaging to the right audience using video ads. The tactic was for us to do the marketing, rather than a real estate agency, to channel enquiries directly to them and minimise sales fees. It worked. Quicker than expected.
